Worst TV/Movie Character

Have you seen it without the laugh track? When the characters say or do something terribly awkward, there's just a sad, silent pause instead of laughter.
The woman that played the mother in Gilmore Girls. When my teen daughters watched that show, her character made me cringe to think there were actually parents like her.
I watched the show once. Every female character and the writers qualify for this thread.
Any role that Madona has ever done (excluding the first where she played herself). Swept Away is one of the worst movies of all time.
