Would you trade Dak for Bama's OL?

Sorry if German. Just curious. Would you give them Dak and our OL for their QB (coker or the other guy) and their OL?

I would have said Bama's defense, but most of us think our defense is salty enough as is.

Dak. Picked us for school. Represents the team and university well. Class act, wouldn't trade him for anybody in college.

How did you come up with this idea? I never sit around wondering what it would be like if I had another teams players. Pointless.

Not this season.

2011 or 2012 OL? Man, that would be a tough one, because simply put anybody could run and pass behind that thing. It would also depend on who you are replacing the QB with. Would we be looking at an all-freshman depth chart of Williams, Fitzgerald and Staley?

Plus, I do not believe our OL is as weak as many think it is.

Everyone seems to think a great OL is the one thing keeping us from having a good shot to win the West this year. So I was just curious.

My larger point is, most everyone, coaches and media, have picked Bama to win the West. Why? What do they have that we don't? We are at least right on their heels defensively, have a better QB (presumably), and close enough to them in the all of the skill positions and OL that the better QB should make up for it. Guess its coaching staff or kicker.

I think if we traded every player on our team for every player on their team, Alabama would be picked to go 11-1 and win the conference.

I'll trade you one Dak, for an Honus Wagner rookie card, a mint 1,000 dollar bill, and controlling stock in Apple. But I'll settle for a jawbreaker and some envelopes.

No. The culture that Dak is helping to create on the team is worth more than their O Line.
