Not sure, but OM does have issues at pitching without Bittle. It could get interesting.

I didn't realize how good WKU can hit. They hit several tonight that went a good ways out. They remind me of that Louisiana Lafayette team that made Omaha a few years back. Under the radar, but can rake 1-9 in the lineup.

sunday night around 7..you are up 6 with Morgan coming in. I can't blame them.

Both teams are deep into staffs. Cleveland will use the term Johnny Wholestaff at least once tommorrow. If Barrett doesn't bring it, this could be trouble.

Morgan came in and immediately started throwing BP. He only faced 6 batters and gave up his 6 runs in a heartbeat. Even if you had gotten out of your seat to take an early exit, you couldn't have gone far before you saw the trouble start.

Sounds like we may try to get 3 innings or so out of Pomeranz tomorrow. Then I'd guess we go to Barrett and Baker for whatever they can give. Goforth may be able to go if needed as well.

I wouldn't bet the farm on an WKU win tomorrow nite

you mean that you wouldn't bet one of their moderately successful law firms marred by alcoholism and an affair with a meh secretary (she has cankles and a lazy eye).

in all seriousness though, they do have pretty similar records, and we're talking baseball, i expect nothing.
