The lawyer also wants to be notified if any of the women claim any sexual misconduct took place on the part of Big Ben.

Our View: This story just keeps getting more and more outrageous. They want Big Ben to list every woman he has ever had sex with. This shouldn't impact him on the field in any way, but it still goes to show what can happen to athletes if they aren't careful who they sleep with.

He won't have to submit ****. His lawyer will object based on relevancy. Plaintiff is grasping at straws.

the *****'s lawyer to shove the post-it notes and the three ring binder up his arse. They're looking for one chick to say something negative and they will either cut her a slice of the pie or file her own lawsuit. Even if they don't get the list, it only takes one to come forward and claim sexual misconduct. Ben better hope he doesn't have any skeletons in his closet or this could cost him some cabbage.

I have seen lawyer run TV ads asking have you ever had a policy with a certain insurance company. No reason only a fishing expedition. Lawyers are needed very much but some of them just makes the whole lot look bad. People don't understand that lawyers practice in different and they lump all in one group.

/had to say something. just reading that sentence is funny in and of itself. not that a message board operator is necessarily a geek but you have to admit it doesn't "sound" cool.

I don't know about the rest of you, although I have my suspicions...but I for one would NEVER make an all inclusive list of women I've slept with. Everybody's got some boogaboos in the closet they're not proud of...
