that gameday will be in Tuscaloosa for the State/Bama game. He said the Bama rivals site confirmed it.

They've already been once, and they will probably go for the Iron Bowl, especially if they both don't lose again until that game. I've been looking at next week's games, and our game is the only one between ranked teams. They probably expected the SC Florida game to be a good one, but Florida tanked that matchup in terms of hype by losing so much. And with the Nick Bell situation, it would be something they could probably bring a lot of attention to in terms of exposing a great kid like that to a national audience.

I don't think they will be there for Auburn/Bama because the game is a Friday game.

I posted after the win at UF that if we are 7-2 headed to Bama that Gameday would have a chance to be there. This is great pub for us even if its not in Vegas. Mullen can call all the guys that have not commited and tell them to be sure to wake up on Saturday to watch Gameday.

first pick from the CBS crew! this is better than CBS though

And that's why Gameday would consider Alabama for that game.

If you're on CBS, they try their best to avoid it. The week of the Arkansas-Bama game (No. 1 vs. No. 10), they went to Boise for Boise State-Oregon State (No. 3 vs. No. 24).

Auburn-LSU was No. 4 vs. No. 6, both undefeated. It was on CBS. Gameday went to Oklahoma-Missouri, which was No. 1 vs. No 11. Granted both were undefeated, but I would think LSU-Auburn would normally be the bigger attraction.

The only CBS game they've attended all year is Alabama-South Carolina. They've been to SEC campuses other times, but only for games on their network. ESPN will go out of their way to make sure they travel to the site of an ESPN/ABC broadcast if at all possible. They'll only hit one or two CBS broadcast games a year at most.
