Nice fumble by former longhorn Charles. Also good to see little Eric Bienemy prowling the KC sideline in a loss. KC has the makings of a pretty good team, however.

Peyton pulls through at the end, and the Chefs cough up a win. Five turnovers = almost loss every time.

I watched PM with the announcers after the game. Its the first time that I thought he looked old. Yea, I know that he is only 39.....he just seems to have really aged the last few years. This his last year?

Probably. The fact that he restructured his contract with Denver and left money on the table tells me that nobody else wants Manning. Hopefully he'll make it through the season.

With 1:50 left in the game and Denver driving, I said to my wife:

"I can't believe the Chiefs have turned the ball over 4 times and might actually win this game. That stuff doesn't happen in the NFL. In fact, its almost impossible."

She looked up from her phone, and says, "What, were you talking to me?"

I was clearly right, even if she has zero clue what I was talking about... Turns out, they turned it over 5 times, and that equals a loss.
