He yanked Duffy's *** out in the middle of the inning and replaced him with DeLoach. Gotta love that guy.

it looks like we might actually beat the Detla Devils . I think we will continue to struggle in these midweek games just because we dont have pitching depth right now

of the two.............Other than the one game we lost, the pitching hasn't been bad. Our hitting is gonna struggle big time once we get in league play.....

We used to spank these guys. Maybe Cohen will give them a good cussin and get them back to swinging the bats next game.

Valley the last few years is not the usual Valley. Not saying they're any good, but I remember one year when I was just embarassed for their players because I felt like I could get out there and play better even though I quit baseball before high school.

Valley had a baseball team that had 14 of their football players on it. We were talking to one guy in the outfield and he said that he never played organized baseball until college. The coach literally came to football practice and asked for volunteers. Basically the only "baseball" players they had were pitchers, catcher and a pretty decent third baseman (from California). It was rather embarassing. They did score a run though.

It's pretty simple. Do your 17ing job or don't play.

about Duffy. He's just not a good catcher. He can hit some, but he just looks awkward back there. I bet Cody Freeman and Wes Thigpen will take over next year, and Duffy ends up at DH where he belongs.

also in mid-inning, also for letting a ball (or two) get by, and also in favor of DeLoach. DeLoach is clearly the better defensive catcher.

Duffy is a (if not *the*) hot left-handed bat right now, so I agree he's probably your DH against righties.
