@SetonHallPirate (aka WrestlingByPirate), puts together a great document each year. It lists the thieves and victims, at each weight class, for NCAA qualifications. Basically, it looks at those that earned a conference allocation at a weight class but didn't qualify at their respective conference tournament (victims), and those that didn't earn a conference allocation but did qualify at their respective conference tournament (thieves).
