Got a link to that YouTube? I'm not familiar with it.
Haven't watched anything they've done but the video has 97k views. That's basically a fairly popular CVV interview.
Ya man could be a pivot if both Seth and Bron are out just shuffle the deck aroundHernias can be real pains because they can recur so easily. Hope he gets it cinched up tight and doesn’t have more issues with it
And it looked really cool, I thought!I just want to recognize in this thread that Bad Bunny took a bump through a roof last night. This is what happens when these indie style wrestlers don't listen to veterans. A producer really should've stepped in and told him no.
Wikipedia says it seats 14K. Depending on what it's setup for, AEW should have no problem selling that out or nearly selling it out.Sports Illustrated and Fightful reporting AEW Double Or Nothing will be held in NYC at Louis Armstrong Stadium. It's a smaller one than Arthur Ashe where they did the Grand Slam shows for a few years.
Apparently it’s being done because they aren’t selling enough ticketsWhat did you expect?
I know I was being rhetorical - this is why they shouldn’t have gone back to Vegas so soon.Apparently it’s being done because they aren’t selling enough tickets
Tourism to the USA has gone down the drain too, and I would think Vegas relies as heavily on international tourism as any other major city in the US. Also, even domestic tourism is going to be pretty costly to get there. It's pretty remotely located for a major city, not really a the type of place that you do a road trip to.I know I was being rhetorical - this is why they shouldn’t have gone back to Vegas so soon.
Thought I heard last year Vegas was in a bust for tourism bc they raised their prices on everything. Someone posted it costs like 100 bucks for a bucket of beers.Tourism to the USA has gone down the drain too, and I would think Vegas relies as heavily on international tourism as any other major city in the US. If I'm a fan who was thinking of heading to Vegas for the week/weekend to attend or participate in all the stuff other than the actual WM shows, I would think twice about even going now. Sadly, people who had planned on going but not buying a WM ticket are screwed now unless WWE changes their mind. I'm not sure how many people that would actually entail, but I know some who have done that in the past to support the indies, they either couldn't afford a WM ticket and/or didn't want to support WWE.
Vegas tourism is down like 17% from last year, which was a very down year for Vegas. Year over year Mania tickets are down like 15% compared to this point last year. I may have the numbers reversed but you get the point.Thought I heard last year Vegas was in a bust for tourism bc they raised their prices on everything. places like Nashville and Vegas thrived b/c prices were reasonable and people could still have fun - both those places have basically priced out the common person that used to go.
I used to get mailers for 29 dollar hotel fares in Vegas. Nashville used to not be far off from that either. Given that was closer to 2000 but still.
Yep. Those 1.99 buffets and free drinks while you are gambling have mostly vanished.Thought I heard last year Vegas was in a bust for tourism bc they raised their prices on everything. Someone posted it costs like 100 bucks for a bucket of beers.

1.99 is probably like a down payment on a small fountain drink nowYep. Those 1.99 buffets and free drinks while you are gambling have mostly vanished.
Just like in national lampoons Vegas vacation “do you want the blue or the yellow”Yep. Those 1.99 buffets and free drinks while you are gambling have mostly vanished.
Too many people on social media act like just because something isn’t booked to their liking it means it’s ****.I'm not worrying about how tickets do for WrestleMania lol. They'll be fine. It's impossible to spin tix sells for shows like Mania or Summerslam into a negative. They sell themselves. It still blows my mind watching older Mania's and seeing it in some ordinary arena. It's up there with the glass breaking and Austin getting no reaction at the start of his Stone Cold run.
Ratings are likely up across the board for several reasons. Football is done, weather for a large portion of the country had been horrible, the new metrics treated wrestling like an ugly stepchild, and just maybe the IWC has been too negative. Like, maybe AEW isn't awful. Maybe WWE isn't what it was in 2024 but that doesn't mean every single show is a plague. Maybe TNA rebounded because some decided to give them a few weeks to get their crap together and didn't just say "you get one chance with me, buster!" The hardcores are fickle and reactionary. Doesn't mean normal fans think the same way.

Andrew Zarian’s podcast responding to Andrew Zarian’s tweet is a chef’s kiss. Seriously though there’s no one more plugged in with AEW than him. Deal is done #AJIsAllElite #AEW (and as always people told me I was crazy a year ago when I called this) #WrestleSkybsky.app
Good luck probably a several hour wait!Cody Rhodes is doing a meet and greet Thursday in Louisville at the Kroger of Beulah Church.
