Mostly gymnastics but she's not wrong. I'm not even sure how amateur wrestling helps pro wrestling.

I would think that volleyball players' explosiveness could transfer over to wrestling really well.

I think it’s more athleticism and fluidity than anything else and some sports have more of that than others.

There’s a reason why almost every single former football player that becomes a wrestler isn’t a 360 tub of lard from the offensive/defensive line, a quarterback, or a kicker.
