That looks really bad for Khan and Vince's defense.
Never good when the judge says to the defendant “you have to prove these five things wrong because it’s assumed true”

How do you know even prove stuff didn’t happen when you deleted the evidence that could have potentially proved it?

That would be like the judge telling me to prove I didn’t go to the park on Saturday after I deleted all my location history on my phone. What else am I supposed to do when I stayed home by myself all day?

Also, one of the things that has to be treated true is a promise. It's about as close to impossible as it can be to prove in a court of law that you didn't make a promise without very strict qualifiers attached to it.

Like if someone claimed I promised I would do X then I can't prove I didn't. I can't provide every word I've ever written and said in my entire life. And even if I could, it would be impossible for me to prove that what I presented was a 100% complete record of every word I've ever said and written.

if you claimed I promised on On3 that I would do X then I could theoretically provide a complete record of everything written and said on here under the username American Dragon. But then I'd have to be able to prove every single account on On3 didn't make said promise because it's possible to have multiple accounts and I can't prove I don't have multiple accounts. For the record, I don't, just putting that out there lol.

Even if the qualifiers were I promised on On3 under the username American Dragon then I could theoretically provide a record of every post and message I sent because I can't delete posts at least. Not sure about messages but for simplicity sake let's just assume I can't delete messages either. But I've edited some of the posts, so I'd need to be able to provide a complete history of every edit I made as well because I could have potentially edited out a promise. And I definitely can't provide a complete record of every edit I've ever made unless On3 keeps that on record.

The qualifiers would basically have to be the promise was made in a post that was last posted and/or edited before X date at X time (because posts can be edited into perpetuity I believe) on On3 under the username American Dragon. And even then there is probably something I am forgetting that could fail in court.

Depends on a lot of things, but mostly is anyone that has the power to fire him going to care? Doubtful, because Endeavor doesn't care about anything but money.

Slap your wife on camera? All good.
Say the most wildly bigoted stuff you'll ever heard on a live mic? All good.
Be named in a sex trafficking lawsuit? All good.
Work to cover up the alleged actions in said lawsuit? All good.
Defraud customers? All good.
