We will beat Kentucky
We will not beat SC
A&M will embarrass us
Bama will be as ugly a game as we've ever seen
We will not beat Arkansas in Arkansas (it may be close, but it will not happen)
We will be embarrassed by Ole Miss in our house

Next year will be a better year, but for those of you who are checking off Ark and OM as W's... Well, you may want to sit down for this. We just arent very good. OM specifically may have an all world night passing the ball on us.

I see wins over Kentucky and possibly Arkansas (if we get a few breaks and play hard the second half). Nobody else.

we will beat KY, ARK, and TSUN.

Bama will destroy us.

SC will be a 7-10 pt game

TA&M will score at will (though our offense should be able to score, too)

why anyone has a shred of confidence in our defensive secondary enough to hold the om offense or the fact that our offense is good enough to outscore theirs is beyond me. our weaknesses play perfectly to their strengths. they look much slower on grass vs turf, but that is my only reservation. they are a better team than we are. we simply are not a very good team. we will struggle with kentucky and arkansas is a pure toss up regardless of how bad they look. we suck people. we had to rely on miscues against a mac team to win last night. i have no idea what game yall were watching, but unless things take a dramatic change for the better, 5-7 is our ceiling with a sliver of a chance at 6-6.

I just

don't see why people are mailing this game in as a for sure, 100% loss. Arkansas blows. I don't give a **** what they did the past 100 years. They suck now. Anyone scared of this game bc of the past is just being narrow-minded.

Just noted that Kentucky has a bye next week too...so two weeks for them to prepare for us as well.

Simply put, they are ignorant. I mean that in the nicest way possible.

We are a decent football team. We have to get some things ironed out, but so does everybody else. I predicted 8-4 this year, and we were definitely good enough to achieve that. Just blew the Auburn game, plain and simple. Hope they learned from it.

It seems like every week we have some things to get ironed out, and whatever it was we finally ironed out a week or two before has got an even bigger wrinkle in it than the last time.

Serious question, although I'm sure you won't answer it and will take it personal....

You say we were good enough this year to win 8 games, and then only mention 1 game that we blew. So, does that mean you are expecting us to still win 7 games since only 1 game hasn't gone as you expected? Because I see us maxing out at 5 wins. If we only win 5 or 6, but we are "good enough to win 8", who is to blame?

Again, just basing this off of your comment that "we were definitely good enough to achieve 8-4 this year".

Surprised you didn't throw Collins under the bus. Are you sick dude?**

You obviously don't watch the games because the secondary is the strength of the defense. Here's a football mathematical equation for ya: MSU secondary > TAMU secondary.

Here's some names:

Arrington Evans

All better than anything A&M puts on the field.

Do you watch any of these other teams? All of these teams are worse than they were last year. We're actually better than we were last year, believe it or not. Not that I don't disagree with the outcomes but to think that anybody is going to "embarrass" us, PLEASE! Come back off that edge, my friend, and quit wasting people's time with these elementary observations.

I can't really

complain on their coverage skills, but our secondary has a great deal of trouble with tackling.

Ha, Ha, Ha... put down the funny cigarette because your memory must be in a

a fog because MSU never "kills" anybody with a SEC patch on their jersey. We play our games in 2 modes: 1st half to win, 2nd half not to lose.

We are going to kill Arkansas.

I agree, now. That was a little sheepy on my part before the season. My head said to go with 7-5 but f*ck it, maybe we could get one this year. Oh well.

I agree with everything you stated except against OM. Mullen will be coaching to save some face for this year's disaster and we will give them more than they can handle. Yes our secondary is awful, but OM won't be able to handle our DL for long. Why, you ask? Because we will be emotionally invested and those guys are going to make the difference in the game. Auburn caused them enough probs on offense to actually pull off a win. We are even better up front. Last night's poor performance was the result of a lack of interest and emotion. If we roll over in this year's Egg Bowl, do not expect for us to have a very good season next year.

I hope you are right because I haven't seen us be emotionally invested in a game, start to finish, since Tennessee last year.
