Are you trying to get fined by the FCC. First the West Virginia shirt, then on college football live where they showed an Oklahima pregame huddle where the players said "17 Texas on three one, two, three 17 Texas. Now, and i rewinded it 3 times to make sure but I swear they just played Tesla's unedited version of Signs.

The FCC can only issue fines on something broadcast over the public airwaves. You can pick up CBS or NBC "over the air" via an antenna. So they can be fined for inappropriate content. Howard Stern, before he went Satellite, could be fined because his radio broadcast was over the airwaves. You could pick it up on FM/AM radio. ESPN can NOT be fined by the FCC. They are only available via cable or satellite.
