"I thought Brandon should have gone up and gotten the ball," Croom would say.</p>

"Nine times out of 10, B-Mac makes that play," Carroll said. "But that play didn't win or lose the game. We had plenty more chances."</p>

What the F*CK? Asswipes, the WR was three steps behind the DB....THROW THE BALL CORRECTLY AND WE WIN!!!!! How the *$+% os McCrae being blamed for being wide ****** open and having the ball underthrown?

everybody knows it was under thrown... they all admitted that. they were just saying he should have made the play, which he should have. He's 6'5" and he didn't really make an aggressive move towards the football...

I was right in front of McRae during the INT. He was running around like a chicken with his head cut off. It was bad.

What is it about the "B'Ar" disciples we've had (Sherrill and Croom) blaming players for the losses?

No way in hell Bear Bryant tries to throw downfield to the TE on 4th and 1 or punt from the 30, either.

Croom is a fraud.

Agreed! McRae looked like a JV Center Fielder in high school who didn't see the ball come off the bat, just heard the hit and saw everybody looking at him so he knew he'd better find it!
He's f'n 6'5"! He's GOT to be able to make a play!

I don't have a problem with the play call, and don't really have a problem with the throw. Receiver HAS to make that play!
