If UGA was kept out of the BCS title game last year because of not being in the SEC title game, then Oklahoma should receive the same treatment, especially if Texas wins the Big 12.
In my opinion, this is another reason why the system is messed up.
In reality, it should be an 8 or 16 team playoff, and both could get a shot in that format. However, in a 2 team format, you almost have to make sure they aren't both from the same conference.
