West Virginia point guard Juwan Staten closed out his senior season by leading the Mountaineers to an NCAA Tournament appearance and was named a finalist for seven different national awards.

West Virginia 2014-15 Female Athlete of the Year Nominee//July 8, 2015
West Virginia sophomore Kadeisha Buchanan won her second consecutive Big 12 defensive player of the year award. She also became the first sophomore in school history to be named first-team All-American. She was one of just four defenders named among the 16 semifinalists for the Hermann Award.
