Good for them. I'll throw them in the lame category.

I wonder if Sumlin also yells "yessir" every time one of his QB transfers?

What is that suggesting?

Just when I think your posts cannot get more ridiculous, you prove me wrong.

Ole Miss has beaten Saban 2 years in row.

Ole Miss has the #1 recruiting class. Last time that I checked Bama was #9.

And I'm sure the Nkemdiches signed with the Johnnies because some staffer tweeted Yahtzee.

Exactly how many points did Yahtzee account for in those two wins. Did they not use the Yahtzee mojo in their losses to Florida, TCU, Arkansas and Memphis?

You're reaching trying to translate some goofy slogan into performance on the field. That's just silly.

Does not have anything to do with performance. But it does mean that successful SEC teams use phrases, including Yahtzee!

We will just have to agree to disagree.

I don't see what the big deal is. I think it's nice that the coaches let recruits know that they appreciate them committing to their programs with whatever phrase they chose. All of these schools wouldn't be doing it if the kids didn't like it or appreciate it.

Pedro Danger may be worse than CUT-NETS. I didn't think it was possible, but this guy lives in perpetual sorrow.

I would say it is probably meant to be the final way a poster tells another that they're an imbecile before they're never heard from again.

It's corny regardless of origination. Wreaks of desperation and inexperience to me.

I suppose you mean "reeks", not "wreaks". LOL

At any rate, the phrase denotes neither inexperience (tons of seasoned coaches across the country use catchphrases to celebrate recruiting victories) nor desperation (the best recruiters in the country recognize its validity).

Your comment in rooted in insecurity, an obsession with how other people might view our program instead of the actual results from the tactic, and that is sad.

At any rate, good results will define us more than a phrase.

I love the Yahtzee phrase. As soon as I see or hear it, I know exactly what it means. Better than in Tennessee where they say "Another Brick" Their coach says building the team "brick by brick", not what their basketball team throws up!
This is like people disliking "First Down Kentucky", announced during games and then you see bigger programs doing it. People love to gripe!

I'm remembering all the orgasms and Yahtzee's that were thrown around last December when Shannon Dawson was hired.
