Yancy just posted NKemdiche and Kailo Moore will still be Rebels.

Also said that his source was not really worried about either of them. Seriously.

Man, what a smug ***.

recruits are turning down money to go there... with Hugh Freeze and another 3-9 on the horizon- it's going to cost them bigtime to get signatures on signing day

they have a slight (<20%) chance of flipping Moore, but if Nkemdiche flips to anyone, it will be Bama. Yancy is as delusional as his flock.

Sorry bit they are on crack to think he ever had the slightest intention of playing at Ole Miss. Was never going to happen, just like Tony Dungy was never going to be their coach. Yancy is just spinning hard to keep the sheep in line.

It's amazing to me that they are in such denial. They have nothing to sell to players that can go other places and play early. They just don't seem to realize that they haven't won an SEC game in almost 2 years and that they have a coach that was coaching high school a few years ago. Seriously, what do they have to sell to a good player? Nobody that has options wants to be a part of what's going on there, yet they can't understand why they are losing recruits to us and everyone else. It only takes a small amount of reasoning skills to figure it out, yet it baffles them.

They are so delusional, it almost makes me feel sorry for them (almost, but not quite).

A percentage of OM fans actually thought that they had a real chance of hiring Gruden or Dungy. It blows my mind that a much larger percentage of them (fed by Yancy) really thought that there was any chance in hell that Nkemdiche would sign up for that train wreck. Even if he does de-commit from Clemson, he sure as hell isn't going to OM (there is a better chance of him going to State, which is 0%). I really can't understand why they envision their program being 100 times better than it actually is. I really don't get it, they're at level 2 and think that they are at level 102.

After Mullen took over from Croom, I was happy with the progress on the program even though we didn't win many games that first year. Based on the many of the comments that I have been reading from some OM fans (expecting 7, 8, or 9 wins), it's not going to suprise me if some are calling for Bucky Freeze's firing when they only win 3-4 next fall.

Denial is not just a river in Egypt...

ETA: $100 says Yancy's "source" is an assistant coach, and what would you expect him to say? We're getting our *** kicked by these other schools and no way we sign them?

Sauron said:
I won't crow about Moore until he signs. Brassel and all.
The difference is that Moore visited campus and brought his Mom. Brassel did neither of those things before he committed. The other thing is that Moore intends to run track in addition to football. MSU track is doing pretty well right now so I think that is a good incentive for him to come on to MSU. Personally, I think the Brassel fiasco was planned to make us look bad. I don't think Snoop ever really intended to sign with MSU.

They need to be more concerned about any current commits that Dan Mullen may want to take from Freeze.

Personally I think Davion Johnson would look good in Maroon.

But, I'm like you. I see another 3-9/4-8 season. Very bad move to schedule Texas on their part.

he reads thisat least six times today. Probably pops a xanax and keeps going. I bet he talks to himself a lot also. TMZshouldseriously consider having him do a weekly write up, he would fit in perfectly.

But, I've never been on the Spirit board, either. We'll be lucky to get 4, max. I think ya'll just REALLY enjoy discussing howdelusional you think Ole Miss fans are. It seems to be y'alls favorite topic.

fans provide daily, I will admit that I REALLY enjoydiscussing and getting laughs from thedelusional mindset(which is nowout in the open more than ever due to internet message boards)of "most" Ole Miss fans. I am starting to believe that all rebs havean inbred gene that causes a false sense of self esteem and eventually develops into a chronic case of an unidentified form of dementia.
