Maybe just maybe there’s some truth behind it and a reason Kentucky has 0 commits. Trent Noah probably growing up thought the opportunity to play at Kentucky would be the highlight of his career. A 5 star recruit from New York, Texas or California probably doesn’t want this to be the highlight and has professional aspirations.
It would be the ultimate middle finger to the NCAA, some recruits that played us, Doug Shows (among other refs), Bruce Pearl, Jay Bilas, Dick Vitale (though I do have a lot of compassion for what he’s done with cancer research), Coach Cow, and the rest of the long list, if somehow someway Kentucky shocked the world and brought home #9.
Why would he lie about that. You people will do anything to support POPE. It is crazy. As bad as the season and recruiting has been this is a death blow to Pope and this coaching staff. If we don't make a change It is a death blow to our program.

Actually, I think it says a lot about his character and integrity as a person that he wouldn't sell out to the highest bidder. He wanted to play for a better coach. He wants to get better as a player and wants to be taught and coached. And now he's got a good shot at playing for a national title, while we're on here wondering if we can get past Santa Clara.
Because he wanted a better culture and coach that could help him advance his career in basketball. Pope is a career killer.

I'm 1 year ahead of you bro (56) I feel your pain. I hope that the recruiting thing changes & one would think Pope has a plan so we shall see? I truly believe that last year's team could've went a little further if not for the injuries. Next year's team needs a little of both year's combined, load up with shooters, this year's team doesn't have as much shooting so they can't space the floor as good for cutters, Jaxson Robinson was so good at cutting to the basket, I'd love to have him on this team.

That's the thing you couldn't get three studs because the studs won't come here. You guys act like we were going shopping for a car and all you needed was the money it cost.
