I totally agree. I use water fountains to fill up water bottles all the time. I did it in McCain for 4 years and was happy to see the union get the water fountains specifically for that purpose. I just think DWS could have a common sense policy and allow people to carry in full bottles of water. It is done in other stadiums.
As far as carrying in vodka, that would happen. It already happens. It's rare to go to the game without seeing somebody pull out there hidden reserve of alcohol of choice. Maybe they would bring some water and at least attempt to stay hydrated too.
