Any off the shelf vanilla yogurt is good; I use as a base for a kind of American 'Bircher muesli' with granola, strawberries, blueberries, bananas, etc.

I'm sure it's good, but it has 23g of fat and 260 calories per serving, which is higher than most ice cream.

I checked the web. Not sure I can get the yogurt around here. Cheeses, absolutely. Same with Martin Potato Rolls..... Just aren't here.
