You folks need to get the win today so NU can move out of the bottom 4 for the Big 10 tournament. They have the tie breakers over both PSU and Wisconsin I believe.
NU is going nowhere this season(or any season in reality ha) so any little move is great!! Haha

Amazing how low of expectations the NU hoops people can have and be thrilled to simply not finish in last. Makes no sense to me. Ha

We need to win 2 out of 3 to get into the tourney. This game and Minny would be the easiest road.

I have so much respect for your basketball fans…night after night, every season, they pack that place regardless of their record. They are like the least fair-weather fans I’ve ever seen for a program without much tradition.

This is a must win game if we want to avoid the bubble. If we lose, we have to beat Minnesota and likely one or two in BTT. The problem is right now we are just a bad team because we have no offense at all.

There's so much whining and I agree 100%....it's somewhat ironic that the fans don't show up when the team is losing at all....then shows improvement year over year and it creates more chaos because the team is winning.

I thought and told so many people that RU has a dedicated fanbase and have others that say "no, New Jersey or tri-state area people are a bunch of front-runners, they'll ride with you, but as soon as you stumble, they jump off the bandwagon"......

It explains the front running people glorifying the Michigan, Penn States and Ohio State/ND side in football and the others in love with Cuse, UConn, Nova and others like Duke in basketball over decades. No affliation to the school, just programmed mindlessly.

I'm sticking to my guns and supporting the program, up or down. Maybe we have some front runners who were with football after 2005/06, but haven't been heard from since maybe 2012 in football.

The nearest professional team from them is the equivalent of DC from Piscataway (or something like that), so let’s give a little perspective. 😃

2 of the next 4 including B1G tournament

Basically beat Minnesota and find a way to win one more game

If we win today and lost to Minnesota we would gain a Q1 win but add a bad road loss to Minnesota and probably be on the bubble

Its a shame really because we have such a large alumni base and many others who support RU that didn't go to school here. I just think everyone has this locked in mindset that something will go wrong with Rutgers and the wheels will come off the bus at any moment. Its like they are waiting for this to happen to say "told you so"
