Year one for a selection of coaches at their current school

Pitino: 20-13, missed NCAAT
Golden: 16-17, missed NCAAT
Pearl: 15-20, missed NCAAT
Scheyer: 27-9, 5 seed, L Round of 32
Nate Oats: 16-15, missed NCAAT
Dan Hurley: 16-17, missed NCAAT

And I’m sorry but if you’d trade our season for Louisville’s you’re an idiot. They racked up tons of wins in a cupcake *** conference and will still be seeded below us. Because nobody gives a crap about any of the teams they’ve beaten.
Love this post. Facts.

As I watch Pitino destroy the big east and Golden destroy the SEC it got me thinking how important coaching is in college. If these two guys can go to these schools and find players that compete then the UK coach never gets a pass. Even in year 1. Pitino and Golden have players that compete. For that matter UL does under Kelsey. That’s why you never get a pass. You have to be tough and hungry. Everything in place here. If you can do it at Florida and St John you can do it here
You thought you cooked when you hit send on this

It’s not about the result as much as the hunger. Injuries or first year have nothing to do with it. UL plays their azz off on defense. They look like a very good team and we could not beat them right now.
How’s them Louisville balls taste right now son? Couldn’t beat Duke without flag. Neither of them teams could beat Kentucky when they had the chance. Oh also neither of them do **** if they lose as many pieces as we lost on our roster.

Now scamper back up I-64 and see if they have room on the card bandwagon. Clown

You don't get a pass on your stupid agenda post that failed! Have you been sniffing glue again? Neither of those two coaches are in the SEC and they haven't had the critical injuries experienced by Kentucky. Also, they don't have the number of Quad 1 wins.

This thread is proof that we are inundated with stupid on this board. Anybody unhappy with our coaches performance this year is crippled too high for crutches. I'd love to see this as a 'sticky'. This thread is one stop shopping if you are looking to use the ignore button.

I like one stop shopping. It's so convenient.

If Kentucky gets bounced, I hope Pitino wins it all this year.

Would be a capstone achievement to what has been an exceptional coaching career.

He's one of the best coaches of all time. Really wish we had canned Smith back in 2001 and brought him back in.
I said that EXACT same thing on here awhile back, but some didn’t agree. I remember when he was in between jobs, commentating for ESPN, and said the job he wanted wasn’t open right now. I was praying, praying, UK would contact him, no matter what the consequences. He knows he never should have left, as do we all.
