Tomorrow will be PERFECT weather to tailgate and watch a 6 PM football game. Sunshine, blue skies, highs in the mid-60's, lows in the low 50's. Any other team and any other game, the atmosphere would be absolutely ELECTRIC!

However, because we have a team whose leaders thought shooting up a drug dealer's Budweiser car was more important than helping the team, because we have a Head Coach who's utterly clueless on gameday, because we can't find even a serviceable Quarterback, because we can't teach linemen how to get in front of other players so those other players won't tackle our running backs, it's simply going to be a day for me to get my house cleaned up and ready to sell.</p>

your so right about the perfect fall tailgate/night game, etc. but I wont waste my time or gas to drive 2 hrs to see this trainwreck when I can throw up my tent in the backyard, have 2 TV's going to watch LSU-GA, our game, uat-TN, and Penn St-Ohio St, all the while knocking back few with neighbors and putting some meat on the grille.

Good luck with that. There are no words out there to describe how much of a buyers market it is out there right now. I bought a new one that had been reduced 20k off the original asking price when he built it last year and then proceeded to get him down 5k more and have him pay half of closing. Hell I could move in a couple of years and make good money on it.

I decided to go to Baton Rouge for LSU-UGA game. It's about the same distance to drive and I'll actually get to see a real football game

...for a state HS championship game. It's really not a bad little stadium and the campus is pleasant. There really probably isn't a truly bad seat in the house. There are some really pretty old historic looking houses right near campus, too. I enjoyed the trip. Ate well in Nashville that night.

I'm not going pretty much for all the crap you mentioned. I feel a little guilty about it. Nah, no I don't.
