when most of our conference rivals are downplaying it as much as possible and saying the new coach has made a mistake.

This is in contrast to hiring Croom, whom everybody thought was a great hire for us and needed as much time as possible.

Finebaum and his cronies are on us more than ever. Ole Miss is worried shitless, Aubs and Bammers alike. Not worried as in, we have a coach that's better than theirs, but in the sense that MSU is and will be relevant from now on.

No more Polktastic and Croomesque free rides, bitches. I guess what I'm saying is, we're not "in our places" anymore. <17> the rest of the SEC. Get ready.

accepting our job it just makes me think of the average Joe that snares the "hot" woman as his bride. We all know in that marriage who got the better of the deal and who's jealous and why. I believe that analogy works pretty well here.

I was on here yesterday saying that he was a good hire. So does that mean I think he's actually terrible hire and I want y'all to keep him? I'm confused.

the only people that can hold us back are ourselves. When we realize this, we will be a force and will be relevant. Byrne knows this. Templeton did not. Our own leadership held us back.

All you have to do is be competitive to be relevant. Croom made us worse than we were. Templeton allowed it, even wanted it.

Like I said, <17> the rest of the SEC.
