I say #7 has a pick.

Being reviewed now. I predict....."inconclusive evidence", ruling stands - incomplete

like they claim, it's not a catch. you can't 100% say that the toe is in (maybe 95%), or that he has 100% control of the ball.

17ing incredible.

#7 never bobbled the ball. His left foot leaves a 17ing divot in bounds. And its indisputable??

I thought it was a pick as well, but it actually was close enough to be inconclusive this time, unlike a few calls that have gone against us this season.

you don't have to have a ball tucked under your arm to have control of it. He had both hands on the ball with a foot down.. then he got the other one down for good measure while he was tucking it. That was an interception.

Bama has gotten two calls on this drive that will probably help them score.. The running into the kicker was ******** that only drew a flag because of a good acting job... and then the interception that was denied.

Conspiracy theory lives on! Ray Charles, Helen Keller, and Roy Orbison could have made that call.

Sure, he was tucking the ball away after that, but he never showed any indication that he was bobbling the ball as he did that.</p>

...there was nothing inconclusive about that.

Like someone else said, I hope Miles gets himself suspended next week. Nothing will get fixed unless coaches keep the heat on.

I hate both teams but that just burns me up that they can miss calls like this. RIDICULOUS.

Another week, another blown 17ing review by the clown referees of the SEC.

can someone tell me why all of a sudden there is a rule that you cant "criticize" an official? Who is going to hold the officials accountable if coaches don't stand up? Also what does "criticize" mean? What exactly did Urban say to warrant a big fine? Its almost like slive is the moderate of the big bully system -- "don't you dare make the SEC look bad by questioning the validity of our umpires" kind of thing.

Seriously, what the $!#% is wrong with our officials? The camera guy even zoomed in on the divot left in the field from where his toe hit. The camera clearly shows the dirt fly up after he catches the ball. I'm usually one to ridicule conspiracy theorists, but the stink on SEC officiating needs to be cleansed. It's never been great, but it's gotten to be unbearable this year.

I'd like to see Miles test smartass sarcasm to "not criticize" the officials. Say something like "I'd like to commend the replay official for the skills involved in not overturning our near-interception. The skill it took to reach a different conclusion than 99% of America is just astounding."

until after the postgame. If I'm Les, I absolutely blow up. What does he have to lose? That call took them from national title hopes to a mid-tier bowl, so I'd make sure to leave a mark.

WTF is wrong with the replay officials this year? Whether the right foot was down or not was really irrelevant because his left foot was 100% down when he had possession.

is the rule. really always been there. JWS sent a letter and video tape every week showing missed calls. got a letter of apology every week. It never changed anything.

whats wrong with publicly criticizing something that is valid? if you are just running your mouth to cause trouble then i can understand the fine but if the complaint or criticism is built upon truth - that is the complaint is valid then how can someone be penalized?

I especially liked the helmet to the chest of the LSU QB with the ref in the frame looking on and not throwing a flag.

Nothing like a game in Tuscaloosa.
