You saying every single college football game will be available even it is on SEC, ACC or Big 10 networks?

ESPN will be $29.99 this football season and include all the games. Cancel your TV subscriptions in August... You know, the ones you have only for live sports.

Of course, you will need to sign up for CBS/TNT in March 2026 for March Madness, whatever that will cost... Is it free with ads?
Looks lik ebundling that with disney+ is going to be my new go to instead of sling. And I'll probably do it all year round as it looks like a year subscription will cost the same as 10 months paid by the month, and 10 months is basically required to get from opening weekend of football through supers in baseball.

I'll be doing a monthly subscription -as long as it's cheaper than YouTubeTV. I've done Sling and now YT TV for college football Week 1 through the CFP final for 6 or 7 years now. I haven't had a cable/satellite subscription since 2001.

Yeah, I already have the Disney bundle with ESPN plus but I think this is my signal to drop Sling

Hopefully that doesn't mean the ESPN app is going up in cost that much. That pretty much stays on in our house even just watching previous games.

CBS is free over the air.
CBS now only shows ACC and Big 10 games at the 2:30pm college football timeslot. No more SEC.

But in March, yes CBS is going to be showing lots of March Madness, but you also need TNT which at the present requires a full blown expensive bundled linear TV package.

Fox is doing the same thing, a package that includes all Fox Sports channels, Fox News, Fox Weather, etc for this Fall as well

You don't need an expensive TV package to watch March Madness on TNT, TBS, and TRUtv. You can watch all of those on MAX for like $10 a month. That's how I watched the tourney this year.

I watch less TV than any time of my life. There are days I the TV is never turned on.
Contrast this to a past life of TV coming on the moment I I awoke.
I still have trouble letting go of options.

Will I have to activate the ESPN app once a week or once every two weeks?
So true. Worst app ever. And if you use Fire TV/Stick, you get to type in your password through the TV as opposed to easy authentication like Apple TV.

What about games on SEC+ and will you be able to watch other conference games with just an antenna?

Over wasting time (and money) watching college football when the 'dogs suck? It's just not fun anymore.
I'll still go to tailgate for home games, but not into the stadium. For road games I'm sure I can find something better to do at Casa Peeper but usually have Neil and Matt on the radio and occasionally watch if I'm eating lunch or dinner or done working outside for the day

Exactly the way I've been rolling for the last few years.... but at mi casa, not tu casa.
