After the BCS bowls make their picks, the SEC contract with the Capital One Bowl mandates that the Cap One Bowl take the team, regardless of division, with the best overall record. The Cap One Bowl can also take a team that has the same SEC record as said team, provided that they are within one overall win of the team with the best overall record.

If we win our remaining three games, we will be 10-2. Provided the Auburn wins out and wins the SEC Championship and LSU wins outgets a Sugar Bowl bid at 11-1, we will be the best overall record at 10-2. Alabama would be 8-4. Arkansas would be 8-4.

Here is the cheering guide.

If all of the above happen, we are defaulted into the Capital One Bowl.
