It is so hard to get any real numbers on this topic. Conservatives identify one set of numbers and libs a different set. But one would have to guess that illegal aliens use more in services than they provide in tax revenues (education, healthcare, incarceration, etc.).

I think we need to move to the Australian model for immigration. Focus on immigrants that can add value to our society through high levels of education, special and unique skills, existing capital, entrepreneurship, etc. We don't need any more low wage, low skilled immigrants. Big business loves them and so do the libs, but it is not good for wages of our citizens, especially our own low or lower skilled workers.

Numbers don't add up. And if they did it is cheap to have illegal immigrants in WV, you spend 0.002% of the total state budget on them.

Literally zero citations on the entire site.

How about this:

1. Illegal immigrants are a complete financial drain on our economy.

2. Illegal immigrants are a massive boon to our economy.

There, now pick whichever one makes you happy and run with it. It has exactly as much credibility as a website an anonymous person makes up with zero sourcing for any of the info on it.

That website was the only source I found, I also did not find where Snopes questioned it. My main intent was to reveal the indicated costs for each state. According to the site, WV is the least affected by illegal immigrant labor. Clicking on each state offers some revealing stats.

If you read my post you may have realized I put it out for conversation. I clearly said I didn't know it it were true, false or just plain BS. I just thought it was interesting. Sorry that I upset your potatoe wagon.

What you say might be true Finney, but without being able to verify their numbers to me the surveys don't have much credibility.
