Your preseason expectations: MSU Baseball vs MSU Football

...my hopes are that we make the SEC tournament in baseball, which will pretty much assure us a regional, too. That should be attainable, especially if we improve over the course of the season. As for football, Mullen has said himself that he feels State should be able to compete for a bowl, so I'm with him. Hopefully we go 3-1 non-conference, and win 3 in the conference (could be doable with Vandy, Kentucky, Arkansas, Auburn on the schedule).
..all I read here is how dynamic Mullen is going to be this fall with Croom's players, & what a flop Cohen is going to be this spring with Polk's players.
Yet the poll (so far) shows the majority of voters expecting more from Cohen.

It's not that hard to make a regional, and it's not hard to go 6-6 and go to some dinky bowl.
Once the new coaches get things going, my expectations are different.
I expect a NC in baseball and 8 wins in football.
