You have GOT to be kidding me. That was just pathetic.
Worse than pathetic!! My grandson's JV team is better coached than this bunch!! How many more years are we going to have to put up with this crap?? Except for pitching coach, this staff shouldn't be coaching above grammar school level!!

We got arms and strike outs. Just had a starting pitcher stay in too long and we couldn't recover.

Our pitching is not the issue. We seem to be snakebit when the chance to win the game comes around. And the McDonald's ads on browser, aye aye aye.

And he had no business being the starter tonight. Kohn should’ve been.

And I got to drive to this shít town to witness it. What a 17ing joy.
Why would you pitch your best starter bs the worst team in the tournament? Stupid. This isn’t specifically a Lemonis complaint. Most college coaches just stick to 1-2-3 without any consideration to the matchups. Skip Bertman was the master. He never pitched his ace vs the #4 seed. Worked out pretty well for him.

Yea, we kind of got screwed getting our weakest opponent in the Friday game with Kohn pitching. You know Lemonis isn't going switch up the rotation though. And right now, Ligon is probably our weakest starter.

I can't wrap my head around how he benched Hines but didn't change up the rotation. Still got burned. What a 17 moron.

We have no one to blame but ourselves we didn't pitch Kohn today.

Bucket Donkey is just a fat slacker. His rotation sucks, his lineup sucks, defense sucks, base running sucks

I’m all for moving pitchers based on matchups for a regional but I’m not doing that for a random weekend in February/march. I feel pretty confident in kohn but I’d like to see the others challenged. Finding out if ligon is a weekend guy is more important in the long run.

Well my concern is that we better tear it up in conference play if we want to host because at this rate we are not going have much of any quality wins outside of conference to hang our hat on.

Yeah I get that… but I’d imagine if we win 16+ games in sec, that will put us in hosting discussion. That typically seems to be the total needed. Not saying we win that many. Seems to me we have a very mediocre team. But maybe they come together at some point

We’re not playing a typical SEC schedule this year. It’ll probably take at least 18 SEC wins to host.

We're 7-3. I'd love to be 9-1 if only to silence the typing of the 40 year old 9 year olds who dominate these threads, but we are 7-3.

Truth is we're literally a single pitch or swing in two of our losses from having two wins and being 9-1.

CALM THE 17 DOWN...

(BTW, #1 and national runner ups TAMU are now 5-4. So is the team we play today. And both of those teams are most definitely good)

I could be wrong but seems like our hitting is always slow to come around. Plus to me it seemed like our pitching improved as the year went on last year. Hopefully our bats will come to life and Parker can fix Ligon or find a good replacement. That performance yesterday totally sucked. Somebody mentioned left him in too long. 2 17ing innings ??? C'mon man...if your starter only has one inning in him maybe reliever should be his title. I thought they were gonna pull it out yesterday
