Arkansas offers 2024 4-star ATH Ju'Juan Johnson

Lafayette (La.) Lafayette Christian Academy four-star athlete Ju’Juan Johnson received an offer from Arkansas on Wednesday night. He announced the news over social media.

Johnson is the No. 188 overall prospect and No. 18 athlete in the 2024 cycle, according to the On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He is also the No. 5 player in Louisiana.

On3 rates Johnson higher than other recruiting services, according to the Industry Comparison. Per the 2024 On300, he is the No. 116 overall prospect, No. 12 athlete and No. 2 player in Louisiana.

The 5-foot-11, 175-pound prospect has received 19 offers. According to the On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine, LSU has a commanding lead for his commitment at 94.3%. 

RPM was released to the public in December. The On3 engineering group teamed up with Spiny.ai to create the industry’s first algorithm and machine learning-based product to predict where athletes will attend college. 

It factors in machine learning, social sentiment, visits and historical trends. However, expert predictions are still a big piece of the RPM equation.

Arkansas currently has no commitments in its 2024 recruiting class. However, the Razorbacks’ 2023 class is No. 19 in the 2023 On3 Consensus Team Recruiting Rankings and No. 8 in the SEC.

Johnson has an On3 NIL Valuation of $6.6K. The On3 NIL Valuation is an index that looks to set the standard market value for both high school and college-level athletes. The NIL valuation does not act as a tracker of the value of NIL deals an athlete has completed to date. It rather signifies an athlete’s value at a certain moment in time.
