Four-Star ATH Jalewis Solomon decommits from Auburn

Four-star athlete Jalewis Solomon of Ellaville (GA) Schley County High announced his decommitment from Auburn Tuesday afternoon.

Lewis sent a statement to On3 regarding his decommitment:

“First and foremost I would like to thank Coach Freeze,Coach Crime and the rest of the staff of Auburn University for taking a chance at me and welcoming me with open arms. 

At the end of the day it just comes down to where my heart is. It’s a tough decision but after talking with my family I have decided to de-commit from Auburn University.”

The 6-foot, 190 pounder had been committed to the Tigers since August.

The Peach State EDGE holds a total of 33 offers including Texas A&M, South Carolina, Colorado, and others.

Jalewis Solomon Recruiting Profile 

Solomon ranks as the No. 272 player according to the On3 Industry Ranking, a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He also tabs in as the No. 10 athlete and the No. 31 player in the state of Georgia.

He currently has an On3 NIL Valuation of $66K. The On3 NIL Valuation is the industry’s leading index that sets high school and college athletes’ projected annual value (PAV). The NIL valuation does not act as a tracker of the value of NIL deals an athlete has completed to date. It rather signifies an athlete’s value at a certain moment in time.
