Boston College offers 2024 On3 3-star WR Andy Jaffe

Clearwater (Fla.) Clearwater Central Catholic three-star wide receiver Andy Jaffe received an offer from Boston College on Sunday night. He announced the news over social media.

Jaffe is not ranked in the 2024 On3 Consensus. However, On3 rates him higher than other recruiting services, according to the Industry Comparison.

Even though Jaffe is not ranked in the 2024 On300, he is the No. 136 wide receiver in the country. Jaffe is also the No. 124 player in Florida.

The 6-foot-1, 185-pound wideout holds six offers. According to the On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine, Wake Forest has a very close lead for his commitment at 38.1%.

RPM was released to the public in December. The On3 engineering group teamed up with Spiny.ai to create the industry’s first algorithm and machine learning-based product to predict where athletes will attend college. 

It factors in machine learning, social sentiment, visits and historical trends. However, expert predictions are still a big piece of the RPM equation.

Boston College currently has one commit in its 2024 recruiting class. Everett (Mass.) athlete Christian Zamor chose the Eagles on Jan. 18, 2022.

Jaffe has an On3 NIL Valuation of $5.8K. The On3 NIL Valuation is the industry’s leading index that sets high school and college athletes’ projected annual value (PAV). The NIL valuation does not act as a tracker of the value of NIL deals an athlete has completed to date. It rather signifies an athlete’s value at a certain moment in time.
