Florida basketball star Keyontae Johnson enters transfer portal

Florida forward Keyontae Johnson entered the NCAA transfer portal Sunday, On3 has learned.

Johnson, the 2020-21 SEC Preseason Player of the Year, hasn’t played in a game since collapsing during a game in December 2020.

Johnson averaged 14 points and 7.1 rebounds per game as a sophomore for the Gators in 2019-20. He averaged 20 points in the first three games of 2020-21 prior to collapsing five minutes into that fourth game.
