Florida Gators reveal 9-11 remembrance helmets for Saturday's game

The Florida Gators have revealed 9-11 remembrance helmets for Saturday’s game.

As the Gators take on the South Florida Bulls, they’ll take the field representing something bigger than football. As the 20th Anniversary of 9-11 takes place this Saturday, Florida reminds us that we should never forget.

Quarterbacks Emory Jones and Anthony Richardson will attempt to keep up their winning play this weekend. While Jones had an uneven start in the opener, Richardson electrified with his arm and his legs.

The Gators season got off to a great start, defeating Florida Atlantic by a score of 35-14. As for South Florida, they’re coming off a 45-0 trouncing by NC State last week.

Dan Mullen‘s squad will hope to avoid letting the Bulls get on track, as a matchup with Alabama looms large on Sept. 18th.
