Class of 2024 WR NiTareon Tuggle commits to Georgia

Three-star wide receiver NiTareon Tuggle of South Bend (IN) Northwood High announced his commitment to Georgia Tuesday afternoon.

The 6-foot-3, 190 pounder chose the Bulldogs over Oregon, Colorado, Michigan, and others.

Tuggle on why he chose Georgia

“I have a great relationship with Coach Bmac outside of football and Coach Pryce. They are low on WRs on the depth chart, and I feel like I could come in as a freshman and be an automatic contributor. I just want to compete at the highest level and be developed as much as possible. We all know Georgia is the place to do that.”

“Just when teams decide to focus on the run game, which will open up the pass game for me and give me the ball in space to give me an opportunity to be an athlete in open field situations.”

The Indiana wide receiver joins coach Smart and the Bulldogs’ No. 1 class in the 2024 team rankings. He is accompanied by Ellis Robinson IV, Landen Thomas, and others.

Tuggle ranks as the No. 476 player according to the On3 Industry Ranking, a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He also tabs in as the No. 80 wide receiver and the No. 4 player in the state of Tennessee.

He currently has an On3 NIL Valuation of $29K. The On3 NIL Valuation is the industry’s leading index that sets high school and college athletes’ projected annual value (PAV). The NIL valuation does not act as a tracker of the value of NIL deals an athlete has completed to date. It rather signifies an athlete’s value at a certain moment in time.
