The University of Georgia announced a field logo partnership with Delta Air Lines on Friday via press release. Beginning with this weekend’s game against Ole Miss, Delta logos will appear on both 25-yard lines in the southwest and northeast corners of the field inside Sanford Stadium.

“The University of Georgia Athletic Association and Delta Air Lines are expanding their long-term partnership to feature Delta Air Lines logos on the playing surface of Dooley Field at Sanford Stadium for the final three home games of the 2025 regular season,” Georgia announced via press release. “The logos will make their debut this Saturday when the Bulldogs host Ole Miss at 3:30 p.m. on ABC.

“Delta becomes the first corporate partner to have its logo displayed on the playing surface at Sanford Stadium. The Delta logos will appear on both 25-yard lines in the southwest and northeast corners of the field.”

Georgia athletic director Josh Brooks praised the partnership, calling it a reflection of the program’s growth and commitment to innovation: “We are thrilled to have Delta represented on Dooley Field at Sanford Stadium,” Brooks said. “With the ongoing transformation of college athletics, partnerships like ours with Delta continue to enhance the experience for our student-athletes, fans, and the entire Georgia community.”

As the official airline of Georgia Athletics for more than four decades, Delta has been one of the Bulldogs’ most trusted partners. The collaboration comes as Delta celebrates its 100th anniversary, symbolizing a deep connection between two Georgia institutions built on a shared pride and tradition.

“As a long-standing partner of the University of Georgia and UGA Athletics, we are incredibly proud to see our logo featured on the field at Sanford Stadium,” said Alicia Tillman, Delta’s Chief Marketing Officer. “The Bulldogs’ commitment to excellence perfectly aligns with Delta’s passion for connecting people and communities.”

The initiative is led by Georgia Bulldogs Sports Marketing. It’s a joint venture between Learfield and JMI Sports, which serves as the exclusive multimedia rights holder for Georgia Athletics, per the press release.

“Georgia Bulldogs Sports Marketing is proud to help bring together two exceptional brands in UGA and Delta through this landmark partnership,” said Ryan Gribble, Chief Revenue Officer for Georgia Bulldogs Sports Marketing. “This collaboration marks another exciting step in connecting fans and partners across the Georgia Bulldog community.”

Alas, Saturday’s game against Ole Miss will mark the debut of Delta’s presence on Dooley Field. It’ll serve as a visual reminder of the two Georgia powerhouses joining forces both on and off the field, and the Bulldogs will hope to seal it with a win over their SEC rival.
