More on Georgia
Georgia underwent plenty of changes over the offseason, most notably at head coach. The Bulldogs fired Tom Crean after last year and hired Mike White away from SEC rival Florida. Upon his hiring, White got busy overhauling the roster, hitting the transfer portal and bringing in six players.

One of those portal additions was Terry Roberts, who came in from Bradley after becoming an All-Missouri Valley Conference guard with the Braves. Through five games this year, he leads Georgia with 15 points per game in addition to his 4.8 rebounds and four assists per contest.
But one of the holdovers from last year’s roster is also making an early impact. Kario Oquendo led Georgia in scoring last season and is still playing at a high level this year, sitting just behind Roberts on the team scoring list with 13.5 points per game in four starts, only missing the Bulldogs’ game against Bucknell Nov. 18.
Georgia came in at No. 12 in the SEC preseason poll, coming in ahead of only Vanderbilt and South Carolina.
