Georgia defensive lineman Jordan Hall has dealt with numerous serious injuries during his time with the Bulldogs. Unfortunately it looks like he could be dealing with another after going down in a game against Florida.

Early in the first quarter, Hall went down on a defensive play. He immediately needed attention from team trainers.

ABC’s Katie George, the sideline reporter for the game provided an update on him. The news was grim.

“Jordan Hall spent some time in the injury tent,” George said. “His doctors and trainers tested his right knee. He was helped by staff off to the locker room. He made a heart sign and did give a thumbs up on his way off. He’s headed to X-ray right now. He is out for the game. Look for Xzavier McLeod and Josh Horton to rotate in in his absence.”

Jordan Hall has missed significant time due to injuries early in his career. He actually went down hurt against Kentucky last week but managed to come back in time to play against Florida.

“I mean, I’m fine. I mean, like I said, I’m able to play and run,” Hall told reporters on Tuesday. “So all my worries really out the window, I’m able to play. I still have lingering stuff from the surgeries.

“Patellar tendonitis, that’s just something I’ve been dealing with just because it’s post-surgical things, but outside of that, man, I’m fine, I’m ready to go. It’s just being here; it’s never easy. You’re never going to be 100 percent. It’s hard and it’s physical here. But it’s just, I’m feeling good, man, ready to play, that’s all.”

But while that knock against Kentucky wasn’t too severe, some of his others have been. Jordan Hall appeared in 10 games as a reserve defensive lineman in 2023. He then saw action in six games as a reserve in 2024.

He’s been more active this season for Georgia, appearing in eight games (including Florida). He had logged 10 tackles and 1.5 tackles for a loss in that action this year.
