Report: Kevin McCullar, Dajuan Harris injuries won't keep them out vs. Baylor

Kansas suffered a pair of injuries in its win over Oklahoma State on Tuesday, but neither Kevin McCullar nor Dajuan Harris are expected to miss this weekend’s game against Baylor as a result.
That news comes courtesy of a report from Jon Rothstein.
Both injured their ankles and left the Oklahoma State contest, and both players have made a significant impact for Kansas this season, with McCullar the team’s third-leading scorer at this juncture.
McCullar has averaged 10.8 points and 7.4 rebounds per game, a rebounding figure that is good for second on the team, behind only forward Jalen Wilson. He also chips in 2.6 assists and 2.2 steals per game.
Harris, meanwhile, has averaged 8.0 points, 6.1 assist, 2.5 rebounds and 1.9 steals per game while soaking up 33.4 minutes per contest.
That both Kevin McCullar and Dajuan Harris will be able to play is a significant boost to Kansas’ outlook.

Bill Self lauds freshman Grady Dick
One of Kansas’ undeniable stars this season has been true freshman Grady Dick, who has averaged 14.7 points per game all while drawing the attention of fans around the country courtesy of his last name.
Bill Self hasn’t seen many players built like the 6-foot-8 star.
“He’s the best freshman shooter I’ve ever had. Hands down,” Self said. “We’ve just got to get him more shots.”
“We’ve had some pretty good freshmen,” Self then added. “You go back to (Joel) Embiid and (Andrew) Wiggins and those guys. I’m not gonna say that. But as far as having a freshman year? I would put his freshman year with just about anybody, with any freshman we’ve ever had if you just talk about the year.”
