Report: North Carolina, Bill Belichick docuseries to be released on Hulu

College football fans are getting the show they want after all. A docuseries featuring Bill Belichick and North Carolina football is slated to be released on Hulu, Front Office Sports reported on Friday.
North Carolina was set to host the first-ever college football edition of the long-running series Hard Knocks this offseason. However, the Tar Heels backed out of the deal ahead of the 2025 season.
Belichick cleared the air surrounding the reason why the program decided not to be featured in Hard Knocks during an appearance on the Pivot Podcast with Ryan Clark. With various rumors and speculation surrounding the situation, the Tar Heels coach’s answer was fairly straightforward.
“Hard Knocks is training camp, and we’re not training camp. We’re just not,” Belichick said. “That’s not what we are. The drama of training camp, who’s a cut and all that. Like, we’re a season, and they don’t want that. Yeah, there are film issues too, but forget about the film issues. Just say you could straighten all those out, Hard Knocks just didn’t fit for us.”
It seems as if his attitude has now changed, as he is now allowing an in-depth look at his life and the North Carolina football program in the Hulu docuseries. The name of the series has yet to be revealed, although some trademarks registered by girlfriend Jordon Hudson could give us a big hint.
Trouble Cub Enterprises, which Hudson is the CEO of, registered trademarks for titles recently. Those included the likes of “Chapel Bill (Bill’s Version),” “Do Your Job (Bill’s Version),” “The Dynasty (Bill’s Version),” “No Days Off (Bills’ Version)” and “Ignore the Noise (Bill’s Version).”

It is unclear whether or not Jordon Hudson will be involved.
Over the last few months, Hudson has adopted a greater role in and around Belichick, effectively serving as the six-time Super Bowl champion coach’s personal PR representative. A recent report in The Athletic revealed Hudson’s email signature identified her as the chief operating officer (COO) of Belichick Productions, though no applicable business is registered under that name.
Hudson’s involvement in Belichick’s public life became a national talking point in the wake of a disastrous recent interview with CBS Sunday Morning in which Hudson exerted undue influence. The interview, which was intended to promote Belichick’s upcoming memoir, “The Art of Winning: Lessons from My Life in Football,” reportedly went off the rails when Hudson allegedly stormed off the set, delaying shooting for 30 minutes, according to a report from TMZ. Over the subsequent weeks, multiple additional stories have emerged that shed light on Hudson’s growing influence on Belichick.
That has included Hudson allegedly forcing her way onto the set of Dunkin’ Donuts’ Super Bowl commercial that also starred Belichick and famous actors Ben and Casey Affleck.
This series will now allow a greater look at how Belichick is dealing with his newfound job, along with the possibility of dealing with his new girlfriend.
