The Hawkeyes are set to host the Nittany Lions at Kinnick Stadium.

Penn State quarterback Drew Allar suffered what looks to be an ankle injury in the final minutes of its game against Northwestern Saturday afternoon. He exited the game and was replaced by backup Ethan Grunkemeyer.

Allar was originally tended to on the sideline, but was then carted to the locker room.

Trailing 22-21 with 3:31 remaining in the game, Allar was tackled and stayed down tending to his ankle. He was tackled short of the first down, which brought up a 4th & 3 from the Penn State 32-yard line. The Nittany Lions went for it on fourth down trailing by one, but Grunkemeyer was tackled for no gain.

Prior to his injury, Allar completed 13/20 passes for 137 yards and no touchdowns. He did throw an interception while rushing for 25 yards and a score on the ground.
