Haley visited Fort Worth in late April.
“It was a combination of things for sure,” he said of why he chose the Horned Frogs. “I had a great first impression with the coaching and recruiting staff early on and they continued to show the love to me through out my recruitment.”

Haley becomes commit No. 9 for TCU in the 2025 recruiting cycle.
“I built an amazing relationship with the staff that made me feel like I am a perfect fit in their program,” Haley said. “I also loved the campus itself. TCU has an amazing campus that made me fall in love with TCU before even viewing the football facilities!”
Prior to Haley’s commitment, TCU had On3’s No. 29 ranked class.
