Green on his commitment to Tennessee
Manny Green went in-depth on his commitment to Tennessee.
“I chose Tennessee because it felt like the perfect combination of elite basketball and strong academics. The culture, the tradition, and the competitive environment really stood out to me. From the moment I visited, it just felt like home.”
What led to his trust in the coaching staff?
“The coaches were real with me from day one. They didn’t just talk about basketball, they cared about me as a person. The consistency in how they communicated, how they broke down my game, and how they showed a plan for my growth made it easy to trust them. You can tell they believe in developing players both on and off the court.”
In his own words, what type of player are the ‘Vols getting in Green?
“I would describe my game-versatile, lethal, smooth, exciting and elite.”
He has a message for Tennessee fans.
M”y message for the fans is that they will be getting someone who will give there all for Tennessee and will come in and keep the success rolling. Also a player who will love everyone and everyone will love. Someone they can connect with on and off the court.”
