4-star WR Chance Robinson sets Tennessee visit

Fort Lauderdale (Fla.) St. Thomas Aquinas four-star wide receiver Chance Robinson is visiting Tennessee on March 31. He announced the news over Twitter on Thursday night.
Robinson is the No. 131 overall prospect and No. 24 wide receiver in the 2024 cycle, according to the On3 Industry Ranking, a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He is also the No. 17 player in Florida.
The 6-foot-1, 180-pound wideout holds more than 30 offers. According to the On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine, Miami has a close lead for his commitment at 34.2%.
āThey treated us like they needed us here,ā Robinson told Stephen Wagner of CaneSport on March 24 about the Hurricanes. āItās just different from any other college Iāve been to. Thatās big to me, and thatās everything you look for in a program⦠Itās honestly just the talk and the bond. Iāve been around a lot of these coaches for a long time throughout my lifetime. Itās just great here. The conversations we have Iāve never had with any other colleges. Itās just been good.ā
āIāve been a Miami fan,ā he added. āIāve said Miami would be a dream come true. Iād love to see Miami do good whether Iām playing for them or not⦠Itās great here. I was just itching to see it.ā
Robinson also recently visited Florida. He shared with Donovan Keiser of Gators Online that the Gators made a strong impression on him.

Tennessee is off to a great start in the 2024 cycle
At the moment, Tennesseeās 2024 recruiting class contains six players. It ranks No. 5 in the 2024 On3 Industry Team Recruiting Rankings and No. 4 in the SEC.
The Volunteers have a commitment from one wide receiver in Sardis (Miss.) North Panola four-star wide receiverĀ JJ Harrell. Savannah (Ga.) Calvary Day School four-star quarterbackĀ Jake Merklinger, Bradenton (Fla.) IMG Academy four-star tight endĀ Jonathan Echols and Nashville (Tenn.) Lipscomb Academy four-star cornerbackĀ Kaleb Beasley are other players pledged to head coach Josh Heupel and his staff.
Robinson will be one of multiple blue-chip recruits in Knoxville this weekend, along with Santa Ana (Calif.) Mater Dei four-star offensive tackleĀ Brandon Baker and Chattanooga (Tenn.) Brainerd four-star safetyĀ Boo Carter among others.
