LOOK: Tennessee reveals homecoming uniform, celebrates Title IX with Lady Vol blue

Tennessee will be in its all-orange uniforms for Saturday’s homecoming matchup against UT Martin. The Vols will also wear blue shooter sleeves and/or wrist bands to honor Title IX and the Lady Vols, who have made the subtle blue a staple of the women’s basketball program.

Rocking the orange tops and bottoms, Tennessee will look to improve to 7-0 against the Skyhawks before doing battle with No. 19 Kentucky and No. 1 Georgia in the two weeks following the homecoming matchup.

Kickoff between the Vols and UT Martin is set for noon ET live from Neyland Stadium. SEC Network will carry the national broadcast.

Josh Heupel shares latest on Cedric Tillman, Kamal Hadden injuries

Tennessee football sustained multiple injuries to veteran playmakers over the last few weeks. However, both Cedric Tillman and Kamal Hadden could be good enough to go the next time the Vols take the field here this coming weekend against Tennessee-Martin. 

Volunteer head coach Josh Heupel gave updates on both guys after some practices this week. He was optimistic about the returns by both guys in the coming weeks and likes the progress they’ve made so far.

Here was Heupel officially on Tillman and Hadden:

“We’ll find out on the injured guys here at the back end of the week. You know, I feel like they’re both progressing. Cedric has had a good week. But we’ll see where we’re at tomorrow afternoon, make a decision, determination at that point. Kamal’s process is still going on. We’ll see where we’re at here at the end of the week.”

So a non-update update from Coach Josh Heupel. The recoveries of both Tillman and Hadden are on the right track, just maybe not quite at the finish line yet.
