As a College Recruit

Big-framed quarterback who has some of the best physical tools among signal callers in the 2023 cycle. Measured at 6-foot-4, 196 pounds with a 10 ⅜-inch hand prior to his senior seasons. Tests as a strong athlete, running a 4.68-second 40-yard dash and 4.21 second shuttle. Transfers that speed over to the field, where he’s arguably the most dangerous run threat among quarterbacks in the cycle. Led his high school team to a state titles as a junior and senior. Had one of the best senior seasons among 2023 quarterbacks. Showed marked improvement as a passer, hitting over 70% of his passes for 2,296 yards (11.3 yards per attempt) and 35 touchdowns against five picks. Rushed for 1,360 yards and 20 touchdowns. Seemed to get better as the season went on and had several big games in the playoffs including a huge showing in the state championship. Flashes a strong downfield arm with the ability to drive the ball vertically and out to the boundary. Big hands allow for zero issues gripping and spinning the ball in inclement weather. Has a natural, long stride in the open field. Pulls away from opposing defensive backs when at the second level. Has a freight train rolling down hill feel as a runner. Can be a little rigid within his throwing motion. Should benefit greatly from continued focus as a passer, particularly with live game reps. Has the look of a type who will see a spike in development at the college level. Also plays basketball. Younger for the quarterback class and won’t turn 18 years-old until April of his senior season.

Brady Drogosh's strong arm and high-end athleticism remind us a bit of Ryan Tannehill. Like Tannehill, Drogosh is plus athlete at quarterback with developmental upside and the capacity to improve as a passer while in college. Drogosh has a bigger frame and significantly bigger hands than Tannehill - his physical tools are more in line with someone like Justin Herbert. He's also a more accomplished as a high school player than Tannehill.

Brady Drogosh makes big jump in updated rankings

Charles Power

Cincinnati commit Brady Drogosh makes one of the bigger jumps among the position in updated rankings, earning a 95 rating and vaulting up to No. 49. We've long held that Drogosh has one of the higher upsides among the deep quarterback cycle. After watching his progress as a senior, feel the Warren (Mich.) De La Salle is up there with Nico Iamaleava in having some of the best physical tools among 2023 signal callers. Drogosh owns a big frame 6-foot-4, 200-pounds with a 10 3/8 inch hand to go with high-end on-field athleticism. He's been among the most dangerous run threats at the position dating back to his junior year. While that remains the case, we've seen Drogosh make continued progress as a passer this fall. He's playing very efficiently while flashing a big arm. Heading into last weekend, Drogosh had completed 68.7 percent of his passes for 1,871 yards (11.2 yards per attempt) and 33 touchdowns against four interceptions. He'd also rushed for over 1,100 yards and 13 scores looking like a freight train moving downhill on designed runs. While Drogosh still has plenty of room to improve as a passer, he's shown signs of growth that we view as highly encouraging relative to his long-term projection — all while being a dominant high school football player in leading his team to a bid for a second straight state title.

Brady Drogosh shows untapped potential at Elite 11 Finals

Charles Power

Cincinnati commit Brady Drogosh entered the Elite 11 Finals as one of the top run threats on hand. Drogosh is not as seasoned or experienced as many others in this setting, but held his own. On3 charted the Michigan native as on target for 9 of 16 passes with two touchdowns and one interceptions on Thursday. Drogosh will need continued development, but he has considerable physical upside.
