9/05/25Chase Foster is a fascinating prospect. On the one hand, his physical gifts are very enticing. Every bit of 6-foot9, 6-foot-10 he has a plus wingspan and is a fluid mover. You love the upside that his natural traits give him with various pathways to get to his top end ceiling. On the other hand he is a very inconsistent producer. Foster had touch and is capable of crafting advantages from different levels of the floor, but he doesn’t have the footwork and balance points down yet. As he continues to elevate his feel for the game, things should tighten up. The upside with him is very clear and the flashes he shows can be high level. The thing is Foster at this point in his development is streamlining it all into consistent production.
