Gavin Griffiths finished his high school career at West Hartford (Connecticut) Kingswood-Oxford School. He initially attended Simsbury High before enrolling at Kingswood-Oxford School and repeating his freshman year. He scored 18.2 points per game that first season, scoring 35 points in his first game.
